(1)When you log in using your WeChat account, we will access your WeChat unique identifier, avatar, nickname, gender, and region information;
(2) When you log in using your mobile phone number, you need to enter your mobile phone number and SMS verification code to log in, and we will obtain your mobile phone number information. If you use the one-click login feature, based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators and with your consent, we will collect your mobile phone number and network operator information. We will use your device's mobile phone number as your registration and login account, eliminating the need for passwords or dynamic verification codes, to provide you with a quick login service.
Providing other additional information (including your nickname, gender, region, avatar, and signature) will help us provide you with a better service experience; however, not providing this information will not affect your use of the basic functions of this platform's services.
2.Provide basic service functions and maintain network and operational security. In order to provide you with the basic functions of this platform, identify abnormal account status, understand and improve product compatibility, and ensure the network and operational security of this platform, so as to maintain the normal operation of the aforementioned functions, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from harm, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations, we will collect and store device information, log information, account information, transaction information and information shared by our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law regarding the services you use and how you use them. This includes unique device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, IMEI, AndroidID, device serial number, MAC address, MEID, OAID, GUID, OPEN UDID, IMSI, GAID; different identifiers may differ in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained), device model, operating system and version, list of installed software, application package name, client version, device resolution, device settings, CPU information, memory information, battery usage, device location information (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access points and Bluetooth information that can provide relevant information), and device sensor information (including gyroscope sensor information, accelerometer sensor information, and gravity sensor information).
Please note that individual device information and log information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or combine it with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this type of non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless authorized by you or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this type of personal information.
3. Providing You with Interaction and Posting When you use this platform's services, upload and/or post information, and engage in related interactive activities, we will collect the information you upload, post, or create, and use your nickname, avatar, and posted content for display. When you use the audio interaction function, we will collect and store your microphone sound for normal communication with other users.
Before you apply to become a party room host or use a microphone to speak, and before using other functions and services requiring real-name authentication, you need to provide your real name and ID number to complete real-name authentication, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
If you use a third-party account to log in, in order to meet the requirements of real-name registration on the internet, before you use chat, post, comment, and other functions and services requiring real-name authentication, we will collect your mobile phone number or real name and ID number to complete real-name authentication.
When you copy or cut user nicknames, user IDs, room numbers, network test results, copy/paste share links, copy chat text, and other related information, we will read your clipboard data to provide services or functions. Your clipboard information will only be processed on your device. We will only read information related to our services to complete corresponding instructions and will not store your clipboard information. Without further explanation and your consent, we will not collect any other irrelevant information from your clipboard.
You understand and agree that during your use of this platform, we will conduct necessary reviews of the text, images, audio, and other content you publish on the platform to determine whether your published content violates laws, regulations, or platform rules. During the review process, this platform may use third-party services for review, provided the information is anonymized.

To track your account's top-up and spending records, we will collect these records during your use of our platform services. If you do not agree, we will not grant the relevant permissions and will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to those permissions.
(1) Camera Permission (Camera). When you use the services of this platform, in order to ensure a normal experience so that you can upload and/or publish relevant information (including avatars, photos, posting in the player circle/square/dynamics, custom backgrounds, adding friends by scanning QR codes), we will apply for access to camera permissions;
(2) Location Permission. When you use the services of this platform, in order to display nearby people and post dynamics to share your location, we will apply for access to your location information; in order to facilitate you in finding teammates, we will apply for access to precise location and approximate location permissions. If you refuse to provide this information, you will only be unable to interact with nearby players or participate in activities, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of this platform. You can also cancel your location information authorization at any time;
(3) Storage permission (high-frequency access). When you use the services of this platform, in order to provide functions such as saving, uploading, and downloading text, images, and audio content, or to realize the corresponding services and functions of publishing/sharing information content, editing/modifying avatars, customer service communication, and reporting/complaining through caching, we will apply for storage permission, modification/deletion of content on the SD card, and read content on the SD card;
(4) Album permission (high-frequency access). When you use the services of this platform, in order to enable you to publish/share information content, upload/edit/modify avatars, save image/video information, customize backgrounds, communicate with customer service, and report/complain, we will apply for album permission. After you agree to access album permission, you allow us to access your album content/add content to your album;
(5) Microphone permission. When using this platform's services, if you wish to voice chat with other users, use the party room service, submit songs, or record personal voice cards, we will request your recording/microphone permissions;
(6) Access to phone status and identity. When using this platform's services, in order to identify user identities and ensure user account security, we will request permissions to discover known accounts, access phone status (including call status), and identity;
(7) Access to application list. For security risk control purposes, we need to access your application list;
(8) Notification permission. When using this platform's services, if you wish to receive timely notifications from the system or friends, we will request access to your notification permission;
(9) Access to network and access to network status. Our products can only connect to the internet after you agree to enable this permission. Additionally, for risk control and service provision purposes, we can monitor network changes and alert users to the current network environment. Refusal of this authorization will prevent you from using this product and/or service normally.
(10) Bluetooth permission. When you need to connect to a smart device via Bluetooth, you need to enable Bluetooth permission on your device. We will collect Bluetooth status information for your use of voice, sound effects, and music playback services.
(11) The above permissions will not be enabled by default. We will only request these permissions from you in specific business scenarios. Denying these permissions will only affect the specific functions and business scenarios associated with them, and will not affect your use of other functions. Please understand that due to different terminal device operating systems, the permission names may differ on different terminals.
8.You understand and agree that we will send you service-related notifications when necessary (including when we suspend, change, or terminate the provision of a single service due to system maintenance). We will collect your registered mobile phone number to send you SMS reminders (the SMS content includes system messages, recent visitors, friend messages, user experience surveys, and business activities), and will provide your registered mobile phone number to the SMS service provider. If you do not wish to receive SMS reminders, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to the SMS.
9. You understand and agree that after collecting your personal information, we may use technical means to de-identify the data. De-identified information will not be able to identify you. In this case, we have the right to use the de-identified information to analyze the user database and utilize it commercially without obtaining your further consent.
Please note that if we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy or to collect additional personal information not mentioned, we will obtain your consent separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. Once you agree, such additional uses will be considered part of this policy, and such additional information will also be subject to this policy.
10. You understand and agree that some individual services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device (including your location information, microphone, camera, and storage) to enable the collection and use of information related to these permissions. When you need to disable this function, most mobile devices will support this request. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device's service provider or manufacturer. Please note that granting any permission signifies your authorization to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. You understand and agree that, in response to national laws, regulations, policies, and the requirements of relevant authorities, we will filter and monitor your chat logs and interactions with other users (including text, images, voice, video, and web links) posted on the platform for inappropriate or illegal content such as pornography, violence, politics, gambling, and fraud, in order to purify the online environment and maintain a healthy online environment.
12. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
We or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through cookies or similar technologies and store such information as log information.
Cookies and device identification technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information about your access to and use of this product. II. Sharing, Transferring, and Disclosing Your Personal Information
(I) Sharing Except in the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party outside this platform without your consent:
1. Providing you with our services. We will share your information with partners and other third parties to enable the functionality of our products and services and to allow you to use the services you need normally. This includes payment institutions providing payment services, partners providing data services (including online advertising monitoring, data statistics, and data analysis), advertising partners, and other service providers.
2. Necessary sharing with affiliates. To facilitate consistent service provision based on a unified account system, and to enable unified management by you, ensuring system and account security, your personal information will be shared between us and our affiliates as necessary;
3. To achieve the purposes described in Section 1, "How We Collect and Use Personal Information," of this policy;
4. To fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under this policy or other agreements we have reached with you;
5. To share with partners and other third parties who entrust us with promotional activities, so that these entrusting parties can understand the reach and effectiveness of the promotion. To improve our security management and technical research capabilities, promote service security and technical level, and provide users with better services, we will share de-identified or anonymized data with research institutions, scientific research institutes, universities, and other institutions within a reasonable and necessary scope, ensuring the legitimacy of the purpose and data security. We will not share information that can be used to identify you with the aforementioned institutions without your explicit authorization;
11. Provided based on the public interest in accordance with laws and regulations.
12. If there are any changes to the type of personal information transmitted to third parties, the identity of the third party receiving the data, etc., we will notify you in an appropriate manner and obtain your consent.
We will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with the companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to process information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

The storage and processing of such data will not require further notification or your consent.
III. How We Store Your Personal Information
(I) Storage Period
Except as required by laws, administrative regulations, and other provisions, we will only store your personal information for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this policy. After the aforementioned period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. However, in the following circumstances, we need to comply with relevant laws and regulations to retain your personal information:
1. Article 21, Paragraph 3 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China requires that network logs for monitoring and recording network operation status and cybersecurity incidents be retained for no less than six months;
2. The E-commerce Law stipulates that information on goods and services and transaction information must be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction completion;
3. The Regulations on the Administration of Internet Live Streaming Services require that content and log information published by users of Internet live streaming services be recorded and retained for sixty days.
4. To comply with court judgments, rulings, or other legal procedures;
5. For purposes reasonably necessary to implement the platform agreement or this policy, maintain public interests, and protect the personal safety or other legitimate rights and interests of the company, its affiliates, other users, or employees.
If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly cease collecting your personal information and will notify you in advance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. After terminating our services or operations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.
(II) Storage Location Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within China. We will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this policy and national laws and regulations.

(II) Other Security Measures We Take to Protect Personal Information
We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data security development standards.
We implement comprehensive security control over data through confidentiality agreements with information users, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms. We also conduct personal information protection training courses to enhance employees' security awareness and understanding of the importance of protecting information.
(III) We only allow our platform employees and partners who need to know this information to access your personal information, and we have established strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose.
